Legacy Pointe Apartments

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have attempted to reach out to the ladies in the leasing offices and even attempted to reach someone in “corporate” or whatever and still have not been in communication with anyone. I know that no apartment is perfect, but I do believe in a standard of living that is not uninhabitable for me and my family. Pest issue is out of control. Trash all over neighboring apartments. My car has been broken into twice. And had to file three separate police reports by the second month of living here. I have written letters. Texted. Went into the offices and still nothing is resolved. Please save yourself and rent somewhere else!!!!!

I can't say enough good things about Jenna, our leasing agent! From the moment we met her, she impressed us with her attention to detail during the property tour. Jenna took us through every nook and cranny of the premises, ensuring we got a comprehensive view of everything. The property itself is impeccably maintained. The two pools, with their stunning views of the golf course, were an absolute delight. The two and three-bedroom units were equally impressive. Everything was spotless and well-kept. Throughout the entire leasing process, Jenna was a tremendous help. Her knowledge, professionalism, and friendly demeanor made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Jenna, thank you so much for your outstanding assistance! In conclusion, Jenna made our leasing journey a breeze, and the cleanliness and upkeep of the property were truly impressive.

I am never one to write a review about something or simply complain but if I can save a young couple or anyone from this terrible complex, I am happy to do so. Not only is this place extremely overpriced for what you are given but they are unbelievably disrespectful! If you are active duty don't expect them to treat you with any sort of respect for starters. We understand that no apartment complex is perfect but this one is very far from it. We were told our a.c. was "fixed" a month ago and here we are a month later with our apartment at 99 degrees during peak heat. I am a Nevada native and I know that broken a.c. is a common problem here in the valley but all the office people at legacy and ladera couldn't care less and refuse to help until it gets this bad as it did for us. Thats only the main issue, other many minor issues occurred as well. Steer away from this complex and the management. They shouldn't even receive 1 star, if I could put 0 I would.

Review Legacy Points Luxury Apartments The most credit for a positive opinion of Legacy Pointe Apartments go to the original developer of the property. The residential buildings are all on the periphery of the property. The buildings on the south side get great views of the Legacy Golf Course and Black Mountain. The entrances are all separate from each other allowing excellent privacy. My floorplan is spacious and well laid out. Also, a positive shout out to the staff on the maintenance team. Sean, David and Hugo are excellent and give the ultimate in the discharge of their duties. This place is lucky to have them. I will pass along something that I learned: don’t call the phone numbers for maintenance. Calls to those numbers end up at a call center in the Philippines. To get quick service use the resident website and the complaint will be addressed quickly. I did have issues with the management staff. The original management team that was here when I moved in in 2019 was responsive and friendly; they all left for other opportunities. The current staff has issues with bookkeeping and honesty. When I signed my second lease, I was billed an incorrect amount for my first month’s rent, far more than the amount on page one of my lease agreement. When I contacted the leasing office, I was told that because my lease started in the middle of the month, and that my rent had been prorated. When the second month bill arrived, it was also for the incorrect amount. I contacted the leasing office and the billing company, among others, by email, about the error and that the rent amount printed on the first page of my lease was for a lower amount. Luckily the error was corrected, and I was issued a credit for the overpayment. But I can not absolve them of the falsehood that I was told. Seven months later appearing at my door was a person from the office. The first thing from their mouth was: “You’re still here”. I explained that we still had four months remaining my lease. “Oh, there must be an error on my report”. While properties up and down North Green Valley Parkway offer one year or longer leases, for my third lease the only options were a five-month lease or month to month. I did sign the 5-month lease that came with an increase. When that lease expired, I was offered a 10-month lease with a substantial increase. Since I moved here in 2019 my monthly rent has increased 50%. Aside from the management I do have issues with some of my neighbors. The littering and trash that they have strewn about is excessive. The maintenance staff works hard to clean up after these individuals. Tossing bags of trash next to the dumpsters and not into the dumpsters. That creates unnecessary work for the staff and an unhealthy environment for the residents. And I have to mention the dog owners who do not pick up after their animals. Overall, not at all an unpleasant experience living at Legacy Pointe.
